This policy explains what information Kavrvix Ecom ("Kavrvix", "we") collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the form we receive your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, preferred contact app and username, ecommerce experience, starting budget, goals and how you found us.
• Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, we receive what you send through that app.
• Usage data. Our hosting provider records basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. If we switch on advertising pixels (see below), those tools collect data about your visit too.

How we use it

We use your information to review your application and contact you to book a call about the mentorship, to answer your questions, and to improve our site and advertising. We don't sell your personal information.

Services we use

• Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• WhatsApp, Telegram and social platforms when you choose to message us there.
• Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, when enabled, measure visits and form sends so we can show our ads to the right people. You can manage ad settings in your Meta and TikTok accounts.

Cookies

The site itself doesn't need cookies to work. If advertising pixels are enabled, Meta and TikTok may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to work with you or answer your request, then delete them unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
